Return Eligibility
If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return and refund:

The product box must be intact and free from significant damage.

All remaining products must be unused and in their original condition.

Any unopened eye masks must remain sealed in their original wrappers.

Your order number must be provided when submitting your request.
To help us review your request as quickly as possible, please include clear photos of the product and packaging when reaching out.
Refund Process
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions for returning your order.
Refunds are processed after the returned package has been received and inspected at our warehouse. If the returned item meets the eligibility requirements above, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our hands. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We'll review the issue promptly and do everything we can to make it right.
