When will my order ship?

Our first production batch is currently underway.

For launch orders, shipping is expected to begin on July 15, 2026.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking information.

To be eligible for a refund, the product box must be in good condition and any remaining eye masks must be unopened and sealed in their original wrappers.
